Team MCR manages a calendar of competitions across Primary, Secondary and Special schools.

There are over 350 annual events, leagues and competitions, with access to local heats, Manchester Finals and the opportunity to represent Manchester at the Greater Manchester School Games.

  1. Delivered 327 competitions, leagues and events across 26 sports and activities
  2. Delivered training to 379 Primary Teachers in PE
  3. Provided leadership opportunities for 637 Young leaders
  4. 52 schools obtained School Games mark accreditation with 6 achieving Platinum level and 34 Gold
  5. 144 schools involved in the programme

Team MCR works with Companies, Government, Charities and other organisations to address the needs of children and young people in Manchester.
