What does the day look like?
At lunchtime, in a lesson or after school – you decide! Our aim? To get as many girls as possible in school all playing football on the same day!
Whether you want to use Alessia Russo’s back-heel and Ella Toone’s lob as inspiration or fancy giving our free resources a try – it’s up to you. All we ask is that you register your schools, capture your session and shout about it across social media using #LetGirlsPlay.
How do I get my school involved?
All it takes is three simple steps…1. Click the ‘Register now’ button below
2. Tell us a bit about your school
3. Get everyone excited at your school that you’re taking part in the Biggest EVER Football Session!
What is #LetGirlsPlay?
By 2024, The FA’s is for girls to have the same football opportunities as boys in schools and clubs. #LetGirlsPlay is a campaign to influence and drive change, showing that football can and should be played by girls. It is bringing together a growing community of people of all genders, ages and backgrounds who want to champion equal access for girls, helping create independent, resilient young girls who will be a force for good in all local communities.
